Delivery Areas

We deliver across India, covering all major cities and most pin codes. If your area is not serviceable, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

Delivery Timelines

  • Express products: Delivered within 2–4 business days in metro cities; 3–6 business days in other regions.

  • Other items: Delivery times vary by supplier and product type, usually ranging from 4–8 business days.

  • All estimated delivery timelines are displayed at checkout and in your order confirmation email.

Note: Remote/rural areas may experience 1–2 days additional transit.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed daily (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation by email, SMS, or WhatsApp with your tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

Shipping Fees

  • Prepaid orders (UPI, cards, wallets): No extra charge for standard shipping above ₹499. Below ₹499, a nominal fee of ₹49 applies.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for select products and pin codes. COD charges ₹30 per order.

Shipment Tracking

Once dispatched, track your order using the link sent via SMS, email, or WhatsApp. You can also contact support with your order number for updates.

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect details.

Delays & Force Majeure

Delivery timelines are estimates. High demand, weather, or courier disruptions may cause delays. In such cases, our team will inform you and provide updates until delivery.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or the shipment is incomplete, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will initiate a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
